Jessica O. Socienski, Esquire

Jessica is an attorney at Fink & Buchanan Law Offices, LLC and focuses her practice primarily on family law. She is a confident, knowledgeable and empathetic attorney who helps her clients traverse complicated legal issues related to a variety of family law matters such as divorce and equitable distribution, child custody, support and protection from abuse matters.

Jessica’s personal family background enables her to truly understand how her clients feel while going through family related struggles, and today serves as significant motivation to see her clients through and get family lives back on track. This unique perspective allows Jessica to better serve her clients since she is consistently mindful of not only the financial issues that accompany difficult family legal issues, but also the psychological challenges that they present.

Jessica received her Bachelor of Science degree from Cabrini College, and her law Degree from Widener University School of Law Delaware. She attended the part-time evening division at Widener while working full-time as paralegal in the general litigation and family law departments at a large Philadelphia law firm. During her time at Widener Law she was an active member of the Delaware Domestic Violence Outreach program.

Jessica is also a certified divorce and custody mediator, handling both court appointed and private mediations, and believes that, whenever possible, handling matters amicably is best for the long-term interests of families.

Jessica has named as a Main Line Today Top Attorney and a Super Lawyers Rising Star consecutively since 2021. Jessica is a Board Member for the Domestic Violence Center of Chester County where she is actively involved in board functions, as well as the Board’s Development Committee. Jessica is also active in the Pennsylvania Bar Association and Chester County Bar Association where she is a member of the Family Law Section, Young Lawyers Division and Naturalization Committee. She proudly serves her community as a volunteer pro bono attorney for the Chester County Bar Association Access to Justice Program, and also volunteers as an attorney for Planned Parenthood.

Jessica is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

In her free time, Jessica enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active with yoga, kickboxing and hiking, and cooking.
